What Alcohol is used in Drunken Cupcake Ladies Products?

We use a variety of premium alcohol in our products. Vodka. Rum, Gin, Whiskey, and Liqueurs are commonly used. Please see item descriptions for more detail.

Can I substitute an item or ingredient in my order?

Sorry if the option is not listed on the item selected, Unfortunately, it can not. Customizing orders especially the alcohol in the orders would effect the pricing of the items greatly. We have tried and tested all recipes and have chosen the best alcohol to produce the most delicious tasting and most cost-effective products in advance so you don’t have to worry.

I’ve noticed that only the Ultimate Cupcakes Come in an assorted option?

The Ultimate cupcakes have a single flavor throughout the cupcake which makes them more cost-effective to provide an assortment. Our other cupcake flavors come with multiple flavors or alcohol, and if they were offered in an assortment the price per cupcake would increase greatly.

What products does Drunken Cupcake Ladies offer?

Right now we offer Cupcakes, Gummy Bears, Ice Pops, Tea Spoons, Chocolate Stirrers, Hard Candy, Lollipops, and Jello Shots. There will be additional items offered soon (seasonal and THC-infused products) that are displayed on our home screen picture gallery. 

How big are Drunken Cupcake Ladies Cupcakes?

The cupcake are all standard size. 

How many cupcakes or should I order?

For parties or large groups, we recommend at least 2 Cupcakes for each person.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please call within 2 hours of placing the order to modify or cancel.

Are Drunken Cupcake Ladies products nut-free?

Nuts are optional on most flavors, but please note that our cupcakes and cake pops are baked in a kitchen where nut ingredients are used!

Will Drunken Cupcake Ladies products deliver fresh?

Yes! All orders are made to order and our packaging ensures that your products will arrive fresh -guaranteed. Please allow 48 hours for processing orders. Example: Orders placed Monday by 12 noon will be able to receive cupcakes by Thursday delivery hours

What cupcake flavors does Drunken Cupcake Ladies offer?

We have up to 47 flavors depending on the season. 

What cake pop flavors does Drunken Cupcake Ladies offer?

We no longer offer cake pops.

Does Drunken Cupcake Ladies offer gluten-free, egg-free, sugar-free, or vegan products?

Sorry, we do not.

Are Drunken Cupcake Ladies products suitable for kids?

Do I need to pre-order? 

If you like. All cupcakes and treats are made to order, please allow at least 2 days for processing. for orders of 48 cupcakes or more please call our cupcake care department @ 888-361-2640.

How should I store Drunken Cupcake Ladies’ products?

Our cupcakes can be stored on your countertop, in the refrigerator, or freezer. Whipped cream frosted cupcakes should be stored in the refrigerator or freezer and will stay fresh for up to one week. Buttercream frosted cupcakes will remain fresh on countertops for one week and in the refrigerator or freezer for up to two weeks. Take them out at least 5-10 minutes prior to serving.

What is a Delivery Order?

A delivery order is an order that is hand-delivered to a Chicago-land address.

What is the Delivery Order minimum?

Our Delivery Order minimum is $48.00 worth of product.

How far in advance do I need to place my Delivery Order?

Delivery orders can be placed online at: www.drunkencupcakeladies.com or by phone with our Cupcake Care Department @ 888-361-2640.

Delivery orders must be placed 48 hours in advance. Please state your desired Delivery Window Time.

What is the Delivery Window Times?

Our Delivery Window Times are: 9 am -1 pm or 2 pm - 5 pm. Mon- Fri.

Is there a Delivery Fee?

Yes. there is a flat fee of $15.00.

Will my Delivery Order arrive on time?

When placing delivery orders you will be asked to choose a Delivery Date and Delivery Window in which your order will arrive. We deliver 5 days a week with the exception of National Holidays. Your order is guaranteed to arrive within the selected Delivery Window time selected. Our Deliver Window Times are: 9 am- 1 pm or 2 pm- 5 pm.

What if I am not available at my DELIVERY TIME?

Since the items are perishables and contain alcohol, we must leave them with an adult 21 years or older ( Doorman, Receptionist, or an acceptable third party listed on the delivery form i.e. a Neighbor ). We will contact you at the number provided if need be. However, if there is no one of adult age21 years or older to accept your Drunken Cupcake Ladies items, you will have to place another order and all charges will still apply. SO PLEASE BE SURE TO SELECT A CONVENIENT DELIVERY WINDOW.

Can I suggest a more specific delivery time?

We guarantee Delivery Orders arrive within the hours of the designated Delivery Window. We are happy to take requests for more specific delivery times, but we are not able to guarantee them. However, we always do our very best to accommodate requests.    

Should I tip the Delivery Team?

That is completely up to you.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify an order within 24 hours of the order processing time start time. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of delivery time.

How can I track my Deliver Order?

We'll send you an email when the order has been delivered.

What Items Can be shipped? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship any of our Drunken Cupcakes at this time, Due to unpredictable handling conditions by shipping companies we can not guarantee they will ship undamaged. However, all other items can be shipped.

What is a Shipping Order?

Shipping Orders are orders that are shipped nationwide to all 50 states via UPS. 

Do I need to be home to sign for my Shipping Order?

 We STRONGLY recommend that someone of adult age (21 years or older) is present to accept the shipment since the items are perishable and contain alcohol. A signature is required, which means that there must be someone with proof of identification (21 years or older) available to accept the items. Drunken Cupcake Ladies is not responsible for the return of any items that aren’t accepted by an of-age adult (21 years or older) with valid I.D.

Is my arrival date guaranteed? What if my Shipping Order doesn’t arrive on the date I chose?

Because we use UPS as a third-party shipping method, we are not able to guarantee arrival dates and times, but we try really, really hard to make sure it gets to you on time. If you’re planning for special occasions, we recommend choosing an arrival date 1-2 days prior to the event date (so for weekend events, we recommend arrival on Thursday) so you can be worry-free! Your cupcakes will stay fresh in transit for up to 2 days and in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

When will my Shipping Order arrive?

You can choose your arrival date at checkout. If you’re placing your order in advance and you don’t see the arrival date you want, just give our Cupcake Care Department a call and we’ll be able to assist you @ 888-361-2640.

Does Drunken Cupcake Ladies internationally?

We’re currently only shipping within the U.S., but we may someday! Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.

Where does Drunken Cupcake Ladies ship?

We ship nationwide to all states, including HI and AK.

What should I do with my Shipping Order once it arrives?

If you are going to enjoy them right away, remove your goodies out of the packaging  (Shrink Wrap Optional ) follow the instructions on your Cupcake Care Card that is affixed to the top of the box.

How can I track the progress of my Shipping order?

For shipping orders, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The link should bring you to the UPS website, where you can track your order. Please allow up to 12 hours after placing your order to see tracking information! 
For Delivery orders, we'll send you an email when the order has been delivered. 

How does Drunken Cupcake Ladies ship?

Cupcakes are first packaged in a clear cupcake container with shrink-wrap, put in our signature box, stacked in a Styrofoam box, with dry ice, and frozen gel packs which are all placed in a cardboard shipping box. Our Drunken Ice Pops are shipped unfrozen and should be put in the freezer upon arrival.

How long will Drunken Cupcake Ladies’ products stay fresh while in transit?

Our packaging will keep your treats fresh for up to 2-4 days depending on the items being shipped.

Will Drunken Cupcake Ladies’ products arrive fresh?

Yes! Freshness is guaranteed!

How far in advance do I need to place my Shipping Order?

 It depends on how quickly you need your order. We ship with FedEx for arrival Tuesday-Saturday. Please note that for expedited delivery, orders must be finalized by 2 pm Central Time on the day prior! If you’re ordering for a special occasion, we recommend choosing an arrival date 1-2 days in advance. Sometimes high order volume (esp. during the holidays) can cause delays in delivery.
